At Airunvest, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions below.
🎖️ 30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
For returns that are not related to a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
📦 How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at support@airunvest.com
- Use the subject line “Return Request”
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the product when requested
- Include all original items, accessories, and any free gifts or bonus items included with your order
The returned product must be in its original condition and must meet our return requirements.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2–5 business days.
💰 Return Processing Fee
For returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect, a 30% return processing fee will be deducted from the original order value, excluding taxes.
This fee covers processing, handling, labor, and warehousing costs.
Example:
If your order total was $79, the 30% deduction would be $23.70, and your refund would be $55.30, excluding any applicable shipping charges or taxes.
The return processing fee does not apply where the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
♻️ EXCHANGES
We accept product exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, email us at support@airunvest.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- A description of the reason for the exchange
The product must be returned in its original condition and include all original accessories, items, and free gifts or bonus items, if applicable.
For exchanges that are not due to a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product within 7 business days, subject to availability.
💰 Exchange Fee
A 30% exchange processing fee based on the original order value, excluding taxes, will apply to exchanges that are not related to a manufacturing defect.
This fee covers processing, handling, labor, and warehousing costs.
The exchange fee will be waived if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty.
🚫 ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept order cancellation requests within 4 hours of placing your order.
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at support@airunvest.com
- Use the subject line “Order Cancellation”
- Include your order number
If your cancellation request is received within the 4-hour window and your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please Note
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
If your order has already been shipped, you may be eligible to request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
⏳ LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have been notified that your refund has been issued but have not received it:
- Check your bank account or payment account.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
- Contact your bank, as some institutions require additional processing time.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@airunvest.com.
🛡️ PRODUCT WARRANTY
Airunvest stands behind the quality of our products.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the product's intended function or structural integrity.
The warranty may cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty components
- Structural failures caused by manufacturing defects
- Other defects determined to have resulted from the manufacturing process
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper use
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by improper care or storage
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Damage caused by circumstances outside the normal intended use of the product
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we may, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected product at no additional charge.
